The fourth and fifth positions are occupied by Steve Anderson and Brian Singerman, respectively. Peter Fenton, General Partner at Benchmark Capital, has also made a jump to #3 from last year’s #4. He’s moved up a position to #2 from last year in the list. He’s closely followed by Chris Sacca, founder and Chairman of Lowercase Capital. He has retained his position at the top of the list from 2016. The podium is taken by Jim Goetz, Partner at Sequoia Capital.
